Ameritoon
Howard's been pretty sketchy for Everton the past few seasons, he was a good keeper before. Last season was poor. He's been one of the best in the league this season. All the while he was shit for Everton he still played well for us. Never been a great keeper but he's far from shit. Hanshithispantz
Checked the scores one minute and it was Southampton 1-0 Arsenal. Few minutes later 2-

mozy
Rare to see a Rodgers team have 39% possession. Didn't watch but sounds like Everton had a total nightmare.

leffe186
impressive turn around by Pulis at Palace. They looked good against us, well organized and committed. I mean, we were shite, but at least some of that was down to them. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see them stay up now.

Guest
Aye, Martinez's first real test now. A few key injuries, a derby drubbing. Will be interesting to see.
1878
Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. Cool. Kamikaze tactics playing a high line with slow, half-fit centre backs and a kid out of position at right back against the pace of their front 3. It's like Martinez never saw the Spurs v Liverpool game.
TaylorJ_01
I bet on Everton to win and Lukaku first scorer. I broke both. The stupid, nevergonnahappen SkyBet bet was Gerrard/4-0. God damn!

Mirallas in particular(sp) was outstanding. Plenty to look forward too for you guys I reckon. Top 5/6 easily with top four contender status 'chasing' on the heels of the big 4. It's like Martinez never saw the Spurs v Liverpool game. Yup. Think it's the first time Martinez's tactics have seriously been questioned, and with some justification. We couldn't have set up better for Liverpool to run through us. They played well with a lot of intensity, but IMO they didn't do anything groundbreaking, which is what is really disappointing. Massive game on Saturday. We usually struggle vs Villa at home too. Steven Naismith our only fit striker. :anguish:
Neil
Might downgrade that to just Level 2 anguish. Lukaku's injury apparently not as bad as first feared and could be back in a month.
