TaylorJ_01
Words can't describe how minging Steve Bruce has been recently, it was so predictable too. Start off well with limited players Invest in better players to push on Dip in form because you've no idea how to use them Drop arse and play 8 defenders Continue to drop because players are s**** It's the same with Pardew, just watch. He's been playing Stephen Quinn behind Sone Aluko for god's sake. An absolutely abhorrent left back behind a guy who struggled in the SPL. Meanwhile, at the back, about 6 CBs slime about being absolutely disgusting.

Dr.Spaceman
I would blame Ben Arfa for their current form tbh.
morla84
Still reeling from his disruptive influence imo, look at Nice - 2 wins in their last 11. Dreadful form since he had that brief flirtation with them

KaKa
The players had no right to run him out of town. They're all an absolute disgrace, and perform no better, nor work any harder than he did. It's all so stupid.

U2
Yeah, but can he stumble across the touchline with the ball under the slightest pressure from a defender and give the opposition a goal kick? Also, could you imagine the shitstorm that would have whipped up if it was Ben Arfa and not Gouffran giving the ball away for that Tottenham goal. Also, could you imagine the shitstorm that would have whipped up if it was Ben Arfa and not Gouffran giving the ball away for that Tottenham goal. Christ That double-standard from our fans, players and manager is what made the entire HBA episode so blood-boilingly insufferable. He would tear teams apart but get blasted by everyone for giving away the ball. The rest of the 10 players would do fuck all and still give away the ball, and everyone would call it "graft." M4
That kind of revisionism still goes on today. It's infuriating.
HawK
Messi gives the ball away more than any other player in La Liga, or some ridiculous stat.
Mattoon
Yes but he's a disruptive influence for the team, it's been the same everywhere he's been, I've heard someone say that once so it's totally true.
Elliottman
I miss the fat little fucker. No matter how shit we were, I'd always enjoy watching him play, even on a average day.

Guest TruToon94
He's the last thing I enjoyed about NUFC. Same here. It was when he went I knew we'd lost the fight for good.

Yep, it was when we disposed of him and Mapou that I realised how bad things had become.
Darth Crooks
He's the last thing I enjoyed about NUFC. Same here. It was when he went I knew we'd lost the fight for good. Yep, it was when we disposed of him and Mapou that I realised how bad things had become. The arrogance of Pardew to just jettison talent because it suited him and the fans who lacked the foresight to see that the ones we have in reserve are absolute dogshit. AyeDubbleYoo
And the fact that he was allowed to do it. It was a bit of a silver lining that we thought he didn't have any say on stuff like that.
Ryan
At least made our games semi bearable to watch. There's literally nothing now in an attacking sense He was the sole reason I went to watch some games Ayoze is the only one I enjoy watching for us now but he's too far up the field chasing down long balls to ever get any time on the ball. Teasy
Think I remember watching that game, Hull/Burnley. Seem to remember Ben Arfa basically being a right back.
Teasy
That said he did look like he just couldn't give a shit at Hull when I saw him. Didn't look like the player we saw here, then again Bruce did pretty much Pardew him right from the start.
