Guest firetotheworks
Odds mean nothing a lot of the time like. People forget that odds go down because of the amount of bets placed, not just on the likelihood of it happening.
Segun Oluwaniyi
It would make absolutely no sense to get rid of the man just days after dismissing two of the clubs biggest investments on his advice. I highly doubt there is any firm plans to do so. The only way he will be sacked during this season, is if the situation in the table becomes untenable in terms of potential relegation. I have a suspicion the man will be gone at the end of this season, though.
Village Idiot
Hopefully Ashley was at the UEFA Elite coaches club forum today, tapping up a manager. http://i.imgur.com/gQ1jlPd.jpg As much as I love Lucho, I don't get why he's invited to this, besides him being our manager. Guest antz1uk
just read an article that states Bruce maybe one of the favourites if he gets the chop, that may be our only hope of seeing Ben Arfa back in a newcastle shirt

Ronaldo
Bruce or pardew? The obvious answer says everything about the shit we are in It doesn't, really. Bruce is a decent manager. Far better than all of the rubbish who've managed us since Bobby (excluding KK).
Elbel1
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/newcastle/next-permanent-manager Pulis is current favourite if Pardew does leave
Guest firetotheworks
I've never thought Bruce was necessarily a bad manager tbh. Not a good one, but I've never thought to myself 'ugh, a Steve Bruce team' in the same way that I have with Pardew, Allardyce or even Pulis.
Guest firetotheworks
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/newcastle/next-permanent-manager Pulis is current favourite if Pardew does leave As if Pulis would walk out on a job for being messed around by the owner and then take a job where Mike Ashley is the owner. I would hate to see Pulis here.
Weezertron
Shame we have to wait a week to find out what the standard match going fans feel about all this.

toontownman
Still don't think he is near the exit door, but I certainly welcome the talk. The more papers talk about it hopefully the more the pressure rises and fans take notice. Pulis.. ew.. but we are hardly in a position to bargain about ANY manager coming in to replace Pardew. Pipe Dream.
nufcjb
As much as I crave for the day the cunt is finally thrown out the exit door, I'll be worried as fuck who Ashley has in mind to replace him. I'm worried he'll do a Leeds and get someone from the leagues below or from some foreign country for a cheap price. Was watching the England match and saw Gary Neville on the touchline and was thinking Ashley might give someone like that, his first crack at management, ala Shearer. mrmojorisin75
think that journal article will be close to the truth tbh, they'll not be considering it that much atm but a couple more bad defeats combined with bad atmospheres at home games and i thnk the scales will tip
nufcjb
Your point being what? My point being we can throw a whole lot of names that we would like but then Ashley would probably get someone unknown or inexperince and we'll be screwed again. So after getting rid of one c***, we'll have another catastrophe waiting to happen. The club management is a disgrace.
mrmojorisin75
yeah but we presently have a man who is an absolute cunt and is totally inept at his job, at least if he goes there's a chance that whoever replaces him will either be only one or indeed neither of those two things massively worth the gamble

Ryan_Taylor
Let's face it. We'd be spectacularly unlucky to get another manager who's afraid to try and win.
