mozy
Stuck £200 on Chelsea -1 yesterday at 11/10, seemed generous upon viewing the lineups
Figures 1-0 Football
Struggled to find any sort of value tonight so thought I'd throw £20 on something random. Went with this... Napoli Win and Over 12 Corners and 4-6 Cards @ 15/2 Man Utd Win and Over 12 Corners and 4-6 Cards @ 14/1 £20 returns £2,
MW
Has anyone tried this? It's essentially a stock market for players. So you buy shares in a player that you think is undervalued, make money when the value goes higher. You'll receive dividends if they are the Buzz winner on a certain day (eg. score a hat-trick) https://www.footballindex.co.uk I put £100 about 3 months ago and the portfolio is worth about £160. It seems pretty easy. Did things like buy Hazard and Costa when Chelsea were shite, Lukaku seemed way undervalued, Berahino too when he was sitting on the bench every week. It's not the quickest money maker but it works. Having said all that I'm now selling them all as I'm not convinced about whether this company will work out, they could go bust so I'm getting out whilst I'm ahead. I think i might wait to see if it really takes off and i might go back in for more once it's a bit more widely used. You have some execution risk when selling the players, in that you need someone to buy the shares in the player at that price. I've sold most of it already as a test to make sure it worked (took a couple days for them to be sold), put the rest of it up for sale now.
Figures 1-0 Football
Not seen that until now, think that could be quite fun and is a real good idea. Doubt I'll get involved until it is more established mind, but I hope that it does take off.

I can't see them going bust as they're effectively getting 2% for nothing. Can't also imagine the overhead being too big to run it. Edit - what happens when the club seasons are finished and Internationals start? Do the buzz points still get collected? If so, the likes of Rooney (whose value will presumably drop now he's injured......) would be decent punts knowing he's bound to start for England. Leazes_End_Mag
Burnley Boro Northampton Preston Reading Get just over 15/1 for that on bet365. Looks a cert to me, even if Boro are currently out of form.

Northampton have won their last 7 league games and are running away with the league. Reading was the other game I had some doubt about as their league form isn't great but Rotherham are awful. Neil
York have won their last 3 at home mind. And I've been Northampton's biggest betting fan recently.

Froggy
http://a68.tinypic.com/2mmg3dl.jpg Is that what you're planning on doing? Make sure you place it inplay.

I thought 15/4 for Barca HT and over 1.5 goals was quite good.

Figures 1-0 Football
I've got:- Arsenal 1-0 @ 14/1 Draw 0-0 @ 14/1 Barca 1-0 @ 17/2 Juve 1-0 @ 15/2 Draw 0-0 @ 7/1 Bayern 1-0 @ 11/2 £20 on each and £10 on the doubles (9 combinations), can't see there being many goals tonight - two close games that could go either way with a single goal. Froggy
Aye I think there'll be at least 3 goals in the Arsenal/Barca game.
Figures 1-0 Football
Just not convinced personally, can see Wenger getting it right tonight and nullifying Barca with the game possibly heading for a 0-0. Might be horrifically wrong, it's more of a hunch tonight then anything really.
Leazes_End_Mag
I'll be gobsmacked if Arsenal manage a clean sheet tonight. I can see Barca scoring 2+ personally.
