Swansea winning, Villa getting something, Sunderland not being raped nearly hard enough, and a tough fixtures for us later on. A win or even a draw for us though and all is forgiven. The quality (or at least the performances) of the lower quality PL teams has been astonishingly impressive during the first half of the season. The only position we have depth in is up front And even then.. not one standout goalscorer. But I agree... in the sense the squad isn't any better than the rest down there. Even Villa are a side full of "internationals" with a decent star player or two. With Norwich and Bournemouth genuinely good teams (as in better than the sum of their parts).
