It has to be not overhanging the line to be out. From that angle there's no way to tell (despite it looking out there). I've been trying to find a video that shows the big difference between the side angle and the above angle that someone posted on here ages ago but I can't find it. Yeah, if it's overhanging the line then it's still in. From that angle it does look out and I don't think anyone would complain if it had been given as out, but there's so much difference between what it looks like from the side to how it actually is when you see it from above.
