Paully
Would they appoint Allardyce again? They played a player who they knew was a nonce for nine months so there is your answer!
Billy2Sheds
Would they appoint Allardyce again? lovejoy
Would they appoint Allardyce again? Don't think Allardyce would go back. He'd he mad to. He was apparently getting frustrated at lack of transfer activity before England came calling, can't see him heading back there like.

He is the only thing that can save them.so lets hope he doesnt, Moyes has been pretty unlucky with injuries mind, West Ham next then Arsenal then that game against Hull......Hull will be huge for them, has to be 3 points, im predicting (as i did from the off cos im dead cleva) they will get it, Moyes stays and all will be cool on wearyside....however draw or lose and he will be gone. Difficult to know what to want but im guessing id love them to lose all 3 games as that will cut them adrift and anyone coming in will need a miracle. Still expecting them to find a way out, cunts. Crumpy Gunt
Would they appoint Allardyce again? They knowingly employed a sex offender so Allardyce's return will hold no fears.

ExiledGeordie
Last season save for an effort from Benitez we were almost destined to go down after a few years of squeaking by. I think this is Sunderlands year. They look terrible.
cp40
genuine question, has any club ever had 10 consecutive seasons as bad as these have had ever in the top flight?

bhoywhonder
genuine question, has any club ever had 10 consecutive seasons as bad as these have had ever in the top flight? Why should they care, scraping survival despite being an utter shower of sh*t year in, year out is their modus operandi. They're already looking forward to the '17th again' celebrations next May http://i2.chroniclelive.co.uk/incoming/article11329322.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/PENSHAW-SUNDERLAND-COLOURS.jpg Is it any wonder the likes of rapey to groom is such a headfuck at the minute? Their hated rivals are loving it in the 2nd tier, with a world class manager instilling a genuine feeling of embarking on a game-changing era. They're pissing about in the gutter as usual, trying desperately not to let their latest f*ck-up make the front pages rather than the back. It's going to be so sweet if we pass them in May. If - God willing - they drop, they aren't coming back up. The whole set up is rotten and when Ellis Short goes they're f*cked forever.

Benwell Lad
Financially living above their means for years. Morally bankrupt. What looks like the worst PL squad ever. A manager who's obviously a spent force. Players on huge contracts who really don't want to be there. Jack Rodwell. Fucking hell they're in deep shit. At least they've got those happy memories of flying a plane over St. James' Park and getting a journalist sacked to look back on.

Figures 1-0 Football
West Ham away and Arsenal at home next two games, cant make a case for them winning either of those games. Might sneak a draw, but nothing else. Could easily be 6-10 points from safety after 10 games.
