Wasn't Mata offside? Didn't interfere with the defender but would have been surely called for obstructing the view of the keeper if it had gone in

Are you 100% sure, Roy loves Rooney after all.

 

It'll be Kane and whoever compliments him best. Hodgson's obviously not Ancelotti but he's no mug either.

 

Rooney's still a very good player in a no-win situation, like. A player who likes to float around, influencing the game in his own way and take risks is never going to work when playing under a manager whose whole mantra is all about maintaining shape and keeping the ball at all costs.
