Not sure whether they're just adding depth, or trying to get more quality, but either way they could all claim they've strengthened. Brighton signed two players on loan from Chelsea & Arsenal. Take Shelvey out and we already see what happens to our midfield, we're damn lucky he didn't miss time with injury on top of the suspension. Leaving that to one side, plus the glaring need for wingers, even our first choice back 4 is pretty shit. We very rarely look like keeping clean sheets in any game, doesn't matter who we play.
