hakka
This is grim.
ujpest doza
Sure there was a little rub of his hamstring just before going off. There was definitely. He didn't look comfortable at all from the beginning, perhaps he tweaked it in the warm up?
afar
Although he'll be sorely missed during this difficult stretch coming up, having him fit for the run in could perhaps be more important. If Mitro and Murphy step up now, and start popping in the goals during his absence, we'll be champions of this division for sure.
Willow
It all rests on Mitro, Murphy and Ayoze - hope they step up..
Decky
Rafa needs to make Mitro stay behind in training and work on his finishing.
wormy
Rafa needs to make Mitro stay behind in training and work on his finishing. I think I'd rather trust Murphy over Mitro for this run-in tbh.

Dave
Can only assume the player himself hasn't been completely truthful, I imagine he's been desperate to get back.
Zippity
Is the 4 weeks definite yet? I've looked around but can't find anything to confirm it?
Greg
Is the 4 weeks definite yet? I've looked around but can't find anything to confirm it? Source appears to be Micky Quinn but seems about right.

Ryan
Not good news, don't feel like we can trust Mitro or Murphy to get us regular goals, especially in the 3 bigger games. Vital that Ritchie avoids that next yellow for a while, might be relying on him to chip in with a few goals over the next month or so.
astraguy
Has quinn got anything right lately?
joeyt
The Daily Mail reckon Gayle will miss the next 5 games for what it's worth
Dr.Spaceman
Could have been worse tbh. He'll be back for some very winnable games.
Ketsbaia
Mitro and Murphy are good enough to cover him, it's just a terrible time to lose your star striker. Damn.
Disco
Won 7 of 8 games he hasn't played in the league is season btw. Scoring over 2 a game in the process.
sempuki
The Daily Mail reckon Gayle will miss the next 5 games for what it's worth Awful timing with those difficult away games coming up. Need Mitro to step up.
midds
Part and parcel of the game. Mitrovic and/or Murphy needs to convert the chances we're inevitably going to create for the next month. If they step up then we go up. Cutting out the daft mistakes at the back wouldn't go amiss either like. It's in our hands and if we fuck it up then we've no-one to blame but ourselves. Guest neesy111
Would like to see Perez given a go up top on Saturday. I think that's a very bad idea. I remember him vs Brighton earlier in the season and hardly noticing him.

shintonsghost
It all rests on Mitro, Murphy and Ayoze - hope they step up.. no it rests on Mr. Shelvey , we are rank shite without him, he's the key, him and a strong defence
Ronaldo
Would like to see Perez given a go up top on Saturday. It's slightly less funny when you consider he's a better finisher than one of the two alternatives and a much better all round footballer/athlete than the other. I'd don't think Perez is a striker but he's arguably the best we have for what Rafa requires of one.
