Canny how he sings his chant to his son in the house  Mark Douglas tweeted a canny video feature of him just before as well. Being interviewed on the Millenium Bridge for Football Focus and ends up cracking on with people crossing the bridge. The old guy at the start is quality

Enjoyed reading that.  Geordie father-in-law.

The 27-year-old has been outstanding for Championship leaders Newcastle this season. The decision to leave Bournemouth - and the Premier League - was, he says, not as difficult as some might think. ‘You cannot pass up an opportunity like Newcastle,’ insists Ritchie, whose father-in-law is an exiled Geordie and used to tell his daughter’s teenage boyfriend that he would love him to play for the Magpies one day.

Just watched this and it was great. That man saying 'If Rafa said it was Sunday today I'd believe him'. Would recommend people watch it even though it involves Clem

he looks proper uncomfortable on the millennium bridge with those women like

Like he's thinking "please go away" but trying to be nice about it with smiles and awkward laughs

Tbf they had no idea who he was.

Not getting into positions where he looks dangerous, dunno if he's been told to be very defensive on the wing or something but looks a bit low on confidence with beating anyone or putting in a cross. Maybe getting extra attention from defenders when we play anita behind who isn't very attacking himself.

There was a little thing today that drove me mad, with about 10 to 15 minutes to go he was in on the left on his left foot, yet instead of crossing straight away or driving forward to cross, He turned back on his right and Hutchinson tackled him.

You see that a lot with him, and in our tactics generally, narrow play and turning back a lot.

Doesn't have any pace so can't get to the byline; can't cross from deep because there's no one in the box to receive it. There's no wonder he has difficulty being influential. That said, technically he's been average-at-best for a good while.

Yep since noone in box to receive crosses better cutting inside and trying to shoot but no sign of that, instead bad balls into an empty box

Gets in a great position and then freezes, down to confidence but not sure how long we can carry him when Atsu looks so dangerous when he plays.

His set piece delivery is usually spot on like.

Then take Alsoran out of the team, not Ritchie.

Leazes-East corner were having a great time singing the magic hat song today. I think he offers little in quite a few games and gets away with it because Gouffran is often worse.

Agree with this.  Both wingers were poor and generally are tbh.

Ideally we'd have two wingers that we could bring in for both of them as they've both been poor, but we haven't because Aarons is made out of Lego.
