Love that Rafa makes changes instantly when needed and even drops the Captain.

None of this "give it 10 games before thinking about making 1 permanent change" that we've seen from previous managers.

These lot all really  need to start putting in MOTM performances as there is not one position in the team that is safe. Ritchie perhaps but everyone else is under threat.

Players that aren't pulling their weight are dropped, including the captain if needed. Not the best lineup ever and we'll have to see if it works out, but generally this is what we've wanted for years.

On the flip side, he doesn't know his strongest XI and is not giving any combinations a chance to gel.

Early days, feeling our way into the league (ie seemingly finding out which of our dickheads are going to take it seriously) and apparently haven't finished in the transfer market anyway. Not all that surprising that we haven't got anything like a settled XI yet.

The manager is clearly very pissed off by the first two performances IMO.

 Just playing devils advocate. Gouffran aside I'm not too fussed with it.

Some seemingly desperate for us to get beat tonight, so they can have a pop at the manager.

Really?

The only positive that can come of defeat is hurrying the fuck up on getting 4 players we desperately need to complete our squad.

Nobody is safe in this squad, which is nice to see within reason.

However, Dummett being captain is up there with the worst things to see in a starting line-up for years  :frantic: he's garbage. How can you expect somebody who is up there with the worst player in our starting team and always makes mistakes to try and tell the others what to do/motivate them.

Ah well...in Rafa we trust. Must win game already!

Ryder telling us all on the ronny gill site that a point isn't the worst thing in the world. How the mighty have fallen, looking to scrape a point at home to reading in the championship, ffs.
