Huddersfield Town vs. Newcastle United - 20/08/17 @ 1.30pm (Sky Sports)

Could possibly see De Jong start if Hayden and Merino are the midfield 2 to give a bit of an experienced head with them

De Jong didn't even make the bench last weekend.  Unless he's had an incredible week of training, then why would he jump from not being in the 18 to starting?

Horses for courses?

Pretty sure we saw a few lineups last season where someone (ok usually Mitro or Murphy) would go from out the squad to first 11

That was in the championship though, completely different story now. Doubt De Jong is anywhere near the team.

Goals? We still don't look like we've got enough in our side and whatever else his failings, De Jong does look a goal threat when he plays.

Just a warning, Spurs vs Chelsea is on after this match so there will probably be about ten seconds of discussion about us prior to kickoff.

Seems that they've done a relatively lengthy interview with Rafa inside SJP so hopefully it's not as much of a joke as last week seemed.

I'm horribly hungover in the Boy and Barrel. The establishment opposite is called Alice in Groomingland.

Shirley more suited to somewhere in Mackemland?

Relegate them

The sign of a tinpot outfit. Burn the fucking ground down and throw the disgusting ashes in the north sea.

At least it's making some noise at home. Seem above that these days. Hope this wor hyem thing changes things.

An utterly pathetic atmosphere not befitting of football. Like basketball or some shite. They should be beyond embarrassed and any self respecting yorkshireman would immediately hand it in to the nearest steward.
