They’ll jus pluck a few more from the academy and bed them in over the season.
Super Duper Branko Strupar
Be wild if Arsenal dont try and sign a goalscorer. Jesus gives a lot elsewhere and whilst I like Nketiah, I dont think he's good enough for a title challenging and Champions League side. He's not an off the bench player either. Rice I get, but Havertz... Ive no idea where he fits in? Edited June 15, 2023 by Super Duper Branko Strupar

Super Duper Branko Strupar
Ah yeah I always forget he's an Arsenal player. Still light though, imo, could do with a cert. Edited June 15, 2023 by Super Duper Branko Strupar

Rarely would I ever comment on something like this, but he's genuinely going to be a world class player and individual. Your brother has just completed one of the largest transfers of all time to Real Madrid, he'll be living in one of the greatest cities in the world. You've just signed at the bizarrely litter-filled Stadium of Light, based in a shit tip of a city where the locals dabble in beastiality and Bart Simpson incest porn. He's also got even more minutes in his legs at that age than Dele Alli did, and already plays games with strapping all over his legs. Not to say he's going to go anywhere near the same way - but definitely needs to watch out for physical burnout.

Which was pretty much my point: a young man like Bellingham would at this stage give every indication that he'd adapt his game in the event of injury/sign of burnout
gbandit
Am I the only one baffled by Arsenal attempting to sign Havertz, especially at the quoted £70m+? I think he’s massively underperformed at Chelsea and that’s partly down to that club being a disaster but also down to him. In the right set up I think he could be a good player but he’s really not worth the fee quoted. 19 goals from 91 premier league games in a side filled with attacking talent. Awful stats
Geordie Ahmed
I'm surprised they are after him but also I'd be surprised if anyone gives Chelsea £70m for him Not too sure where he'd fit in at Arsenal, he's not a striker, can't play wide and isn't better than Odegaard as a playmaker
Away Toon
What is Havertz? He's not a CF and he's not a winger so what is he a number 10, an auxiliary striker?
ponsaelius
I think Havertz is a good footballer but agree he suffers in not really having an actual role or position. Germany have become experts in producing positionless players.
gbandit
No idea in all honesty. He’s great in the air, he’s good at simple link up play and is physically strong. He’s fairly fast as well but I see him miss tons of chances and he doesn’t have that many assists from his three seasons in the PL, just over 10 I think. Complete anomaly who needs a ton of coaching and to have a more defined role
Jesse Pinkman
Am I crazy not rate Caicedo. He’s good but massively overrated, a bit like Mitoma. Had a good purple patch but then fell off. Edited June 15, 2023 by Jesse Pinkman
