5 out of our last 6 matches at home we've failed to score. That's not good enough, don't give a s*** who the players are.

Got to change something.

Maybe a change of manager, if this is how we are going to be set up for the remainder of the season. Serious as well.

There it is. Astounded.

HTT has been posting dreadful shit all week. Sadly, I was expecting this.

It was simply a matter of time.

Really worried what shit he tries to bring in next month. Won’t matter mind as Joselu will still start.

He’s made a right pigs ear of the season, you can question the quality of the squad all you like, but he assembled Half of it, while tying his own hands with shite now out on loan as no one will buy them.

Don’t get me started about his match day decisions, clueless for a so called world class manager.

We’re not sitting comfortably in 20th solely because Rafa is our manager.

Who do you expect would do a better job given the state of this club?

So we should be grateful that after having spent more money, we are being outperformed by Brighton and Huddersfield who we came up with? They don't have the "world class" Rafa pulling the strings either.

They were better *teams* last season and they still are. We’re a slapdash bunch of players.

Who built the team?

The same guy who hasn’t been given any money to turn a slapdash Championship team into a slapdash Premier League team.

Name me one manager one the planet, who would realistically come to us, who’d do better?

Plus haven’t you learned anything of Ashley and his cronies. They’d only end up hiring a Alan Pardew type character again. The best we could hope for is a nice honey moon period to collect a few points mackem style.

Let’s be honest the squad is trash and just by being out of the bottom three we are overachieving. We overachieved last season too. We were this poor in more than a handful of games last season too. Rafa’s organisation, especially away from home, got us the promotion.

Whole club is just so desperately devoid of confidence at the moment. Keep saying it, but this takeover is needing to be signed off ASAP. Rafa's options perhaps are so limited that he sets us up not to lose - first and foremost. Get the feeling that he is flogging a dead horse though.

He spent 50 million on the side last season... and was given around the same amount as what Hudds and Brighton were this season, hes done nothing to convince me hes not a failure for us at premier league level.

Mike Ashley's transfer budget, obviously.

Cool, I look forward to the alternative.

Reminds me of Friday when Smokey's mam is all "get me some cigs", so Smokey is like "this aint enough", then she's all like "make it enough".

Over achieving by just being out of the bottom 3? Wow, Rafa has done some smooth Jedi mind tricks on so many. To think of the reaction Pardew got and deservedly so when he tried to lower our expectations.

It is staggering how people choose to ignore that Rafa was given pretty much enough to slap together this dog shit squad. Most of the players really are that bad.

Rafa truly fucked up when he didn't go to the ATM to get money for Aguero this summer.

One thing to critique his decisions, but some of you have taken dip shit to a dizzying level.

I find it genuinely hard to believe that there exists no one that could implement some sort of cohesive attacking play after being at the club for 21 months. People are making far too many excuses for Benitez. Good managers make teams into more than the sum of their parts, and I have not seen enough of that this season. The club is essentially operating with no ownership structure at the moment, so sacking him is not a viable option, but Rafa has been average, imo.

Gayle and Ritchie are on him. The likes of Hayden too. We didn't need to sell all of our more talented players last year. If Gayle and Ritchie werent good enough he should have sold them when we came up.

Those players got us promotion. It shouldn't be necessary to state the obvious.

Funny how Hughton didn't get Aguero money or a cool 50 million to spend in their promotion season and Brighton are still doing well isn't it.

Rafa is under performing, and I hope he still turns it around but, things just seem to be getting worse rather than better.

Brighton are 3 pts ahead of us.

Pardew and the likes had much better squads with actual talent like Ben Arfa in the team.

This squad belongs in the championship that is clear as day. So yes just being out of the drop zone is overachieving for the shit we have.

We needed significant improvements in the summer, Ashely said he’d give Rafa every penny and back him, but we were all lied to again. Now we’re stuck with this dogs hit squad playing one level above what they’re capable of.
