The club was dead behind the eyes before he came and Rafa reanimated the corpse and showed us what we already knew about it’s potential if things were done right. For me, he was more about hope, ambition and potential rather than actual achievement, as I'm sure many managers out there could get this set of players to 15th-17th. Rafa gets the club, he gets the fanbase and it was great to finally stop hating the manager. For all we know, he's waiting for the takeover before returning back.
