This guy is a running joke in the UAE - the black sheep/whipping boy of the royal family whose personal wealth is relatively paltry compared to more senior members of the Al Nahyan dynasty. The Liverpool deal fell through because they realised they were dealing with a fantasist who didn't actually have access to the cash being talked about.

This will end in tears one way or another.

Dont care if he spends his money providing he let's us spend the money we create.

What's the human rights record ?

not bothered if he hasnt hundreds of millions to invest.

just investing the tv money, updating the training facilities and increasing corporate revenue would be enough.

some investement in the local community like they've done in manchester woyuld be welcome too.
