George Bailey
They will be favourites to win the play offs, not necessarily a good thing. Especially for a side and manager who seem unable to handle pressure.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Mackem on BBC Newcastle says when Cattermole and Leadbitter played together - before Cattermole got injured - they "looked fantastic". CAN'T. BREATHE.
George Bailey
That's their ideal of 'fantastic'....two cloggers giving it the hard man impression.

BREATHE. When you think of all the dynamic centre midfield pairings over the years, these two are right up there.

1964
How fucked will these be financially if they don't go up? Extremely. Is that true? I doubt the championship is much more lucrative is it? Dokko
How fucked will these be financially if they don't go up? Extremely. Is that true? I doubt the championship is much more lucrative is it? They have some high earners on long contracts though Won't be much in it, especially when their wage bill will rise by £4m and additional revenue from TV won't be anywhere near that. Without investment they'll be near the bottom next year, meaning crowds will turn and dwindle and prize money will reflect their league position. Their only hope is going up attracts investment or complete buyout. Without either even if they do go up they'll yoyo down there for the next decade. Guest
They’re defending this season because of the mess they were in. What’s gone on before is irrelevant, they’ve had the biggest budget ever at that level and fucked up automatic promotion.
Disco
Just deekied the scores. What’s going on? It was all in their hands, they couldn’t fail - they asshewered. Are Peyterborough part of some evil east coast mainline gang hellbent on the destruction of the fair city of Sunderland along with Durham Mags and regular old Poocastle?
