Defensively we are solid due to having class CB's so they can't really do anything, we can't really do anything as we have Joselu, Kenedy and Murphy as our attacking threat so it's just a dull boring turgid game.

Three youngsters are doing well mind.

Once again a midfield and forwards that can't even control a football and are so fucking slow to move.

Decided to bring daughter for first match as I knew the game didn't really matter and yet still so fucked off watching the utter garbage. Kennedy, Joselu, Murphy, Ritchie, Hayden are utter trash.

I thought we started okay and had a reasonable amount of energy, and even looked like we might score early on. Since then, though, it's turned into a pretty terrible match and we're coming in looking the weaker side, and should be behind. Hayden and Longstaff have barely a recognisable attribute between them; Murphy and Kenedy have given the ball away constantly; Joselu obviously can't hit a barn door and Woodman does look a bit vulnerable.

Not an iota of quality in a black and white shirt; Ritchie's the only one who's threatened to create something.

Hopefully we'll still be level by the time we get Shelvey and Rondon on.

Harsh on Longstaff. He seems quite tall so occasionally wins the ball in the air.

Other than that spot on.

Thought they'd done alright personally. Longstaff is actually trying to do things in the middle, even if they arn't making it. Sterry hasn't put a foot wrong and barely any of there attacks have come down his side, and Woodman has commanded his box well, and dealt with everything he's had to deal with.

Not been watching or listening as I am not that bored, but just checked the score and stats there, not surprised in the score line or that Blackburn have had more of the possession. Sounds like a typical Newcastle shitfest  just for once, is there any chance we can actually have more of the ball than the opposition?  fucking awful man.

All the youngsters have done well.  The only concern is Woodman really struggling with the physicality of Blackburn.  He is dealing with it, but with great difficulty that proper keepers wouldn't have.
