Luke Edwards has had an absolute shocker through all this

Pretty much all of them have, the only one coming out of it with any integrity is Caulkin (who refrained from making any comments because he simply didn’t know anything) and the guy from the Sun who broke the news.

Every single one of the others were in a rush to get information out and just don’t have the contacts, why would they, they are football reporters, not business’s or Middle Eastern reporters. Instead of just admitting that, they wanted to attention, they were probably under pressure to get the clicks on their respective webpages, and they have been caught out making it all up.

Depends how it all turns out I suppose. if the deal goes through he's going to look like a right t***.

Maybe he has dealings with another group and had been promised an exclusive. He comes across as bitter as fuck and has shown not one bit of proof as to what he is claiming and being sCeptical about

Could people please start spelling SCEPTICAL in the correct way, as it's ruining my general takeover experience.

It is spelt with a K mind. It’s from the Greek, Skeptos

Not in the Queen's English.

Uncle is correct the K spelling is the North American one  :)

So, then, what you'd actually like is for others to spell it the same incorrect way as you...

I really don't care who is saying what - what I do care about is the sheer incompetence and hastiness in which the local journalists are trying to give out updates, only to contradict 20 mins later. I understand this is fluid situation and the info is coming at them in many different areas which is true/false/random claim etc - they've never had control of this story, and likely won't.

Maybe I've been missing out, but I don't really see why people are saying this.

I mean, nobody really knows anything, he's just reporting from his sources.

It’s a C according to the Oxford dictionary, but a K according to the Cambridge dictionary, and a K in the USA.
