i didnt hear that - unl;ess he spoke about him again toward the end of the presser?

He didn’t say anything specific - it was just the way he paused, and was trying to remember how many days training he’d done.

Didn’t fill me with as much confidence as “yeah, he’s back and he’s fine”, would have done.

At worst though, he’s on the bench.

Just not his sort of game. He lacks the technical ability to compete against their level. Also can't pick a pass that we need to release the forwards.

Bruno was the same unfortunately. Both looked a level below tonight. Tonali I thought was the only one that didn't look out of place.

Yea, Barca didn't let neither Joelinton or Bruno anywhere near them and when either of them had possession, there were 2-3 guys closing down. Not often we lose the midfield battle, but this was a clear win for Barca.

I thought Tonali didn’t exactly pull up trees tbf - he didn’t look at the level either.  Doesn’t mean he isn’t, but that wasn’t a great showing.

Disagree there mind, I thought Tonali was very poor tonight. Bruno although not brilliant especially second half, was the best of the three
