Ikon
I've been critical of him In a couple of games earlier on, but it's been justified imo. Would I have dropped him? Never ever in a million years. Great to hopefully see him being back to his best, and maybe even on yet another level. Go on son! Going forward.. Even if he isn't at his best or doesn't succeed with much then other players will still get more space because of him. Disco
So fucking useful in the last ten-fifteen minutes when you’re closing a game out. So many fouls won and seconds ran down.

mattypnufc
From world beater against Everton to looking like (for most of it) a league one player.

Guest HTT II
Average at best, but still such a threat and after mid-week, he can be excused for having an off game…

No silly dribbling in dangerous areas, no weak pass attempts. He did what he could with the ball and so yeah, like not his most electric performance but one for the team. Rafalove
No idea what he was doing early in the second half, just letting wide players run past him without even trying to cover.
Oregon_Geordie
Poor game in the most part, looked to be carrying a knock. I dont think the game flow was suited to him, little tight and scrappy for him to find space. Can't be Maradona every week I guess. 3 points! all that matters. r0cafella
I love him but he ain’t half going to be a tactical dilemma against teams with attacking full backs. I’m very grateful Villas attack was thick as mince and didn’t even try and exploit the acres of space behind him.
