nortoon
Mike Ashley looks like a really thick snake.
Shearergol
How could we easily be 3-2 down man ? Yeah, that’s bullshit.
samptime29
How could we easily be 3-2 down man ? Yeah, that’s bullshit. Could be 2-1 to us maybe
Cronky
I don't think Joelinton's absence makes much difference. He wasn't winning anything in the air. We're not winning much in the air at the other end either. They look like they have a goal in them. Matty's having a great game. He looks so confident on the ball. I lost count of the number of times Lascelles played a team-mate into trouble. Reeeeeealy annoying.
Happinesstan
Kin hell, some hit that. Intelligence to just bide his time too. Where's that player been this season?! Playing against Premier League opposition.
Shearergol
Great first touch by big joe.
Kanji
Would have liked to see Joelinton get another - but just play the 2nd half and don't lose and carry on to the next round.
Yorkie
Meh. Loads of space, up against a high line and the players are up for it. Easy, notwithstanding usual scares.
KaKa
Joelinton's first touch and the way he opened up his body on the goal was really nice. Did really well in those two areas even though the finish was scuffed.
Shearergol
Joelinton's first touch and the way he opened up his body on the goal was really nice. Klaus
Joelinton's first touch and the way he opened up his body on the goal was really nice. Did really well in those two areas even though the finish was scuffed. It was scuffed but a good finish nonetheless, considering the state of the pitch
xLiaaamx
Joelinton coming alive when the ball is in behind. Not every big striker is a target man but dinosaur managers don't realise this.
OoOGazOoO
Love the 'great finish from Joelinton' commentary. He basically hit it in to the floor and it bounced in, wasn't a clean strike at all.
KaKa
Sean going forward with Matty sitting was a good role reversal. Has often had that the other way around this season.
xLiaaamx
Joelinton's first touch and the way he opened up his body on the goal was really nice. Did really well in those two areas even though the finish was scuffed. Shades of Joselu v Liverpool. Good times. Not the same at all really. Joe started behind his man, beat him to it and ran away from him. Joselu had a massive head start and had the ball tackled off him into the net. KaKa
Joelinton's first touch and the way he opened up his body on the goal was really nice. Did really well in those two areas even though the finish was scuffed. It was scuffed but a good finish nonetheless, considering the state of the pitch I agree. Was just pointing out that the first two parts i.e. the touch and the way he opened up his body were the more important bits and essentially made the goal. Colos Short and Curlies
How could we easily be 3-2 down man ? Yeah, that’s bullshit. Could be 2-1 to us maybe OK, 2-2 then but the double chance with Darlows save and then the chance that deflected over could easily have snuck in. Didn't say we would deserved it, but they were great chances

KaKa
Just having more of the ball higher up the pitch makes us look so much more interesting even though we still don't really look like we know what we're doing in our build up play. Real shame we don't have a manager that can figure out how to get us more possession against the teams in our league. Instead we are reduced to only seeing glimpses of the possibilities when we go up against teams leagues below us.
Cronky
I'll be interested to see how our strike force of Almiron and ASM work out. Plenty of pace, so may well prove a handy option.
