Guest
Their biggest challenge is going to be eventually replacing Vardy I think Rodgers would jump at the chance to be at an elite club again too should one come calling I think after managing Liverpool he’s more likely to stay at Leicester now tbh. nufcjb
Still punched above their weight even dropping off given the budgets of the clubs above them. Bet they’re still kicking themselves though. Their recruitment is top class. Get every penny for value from the £20-30m bracket. I picked Perez for my FPL team. I beg to differ. I haven't followed them closely but is Perez a regular? Away Toon
Perez might have been one of our better players though he was extremely inconsistent for us, at Leicester he's hardly good enough to sit on the bench and at the end of the season they will probably try to move him on. Wow. That's a tad sad for him. Had every right to move seeing our lack of ambition moving from Rafa to dinosaur Bruceball, but that's a bit of a fall from grace. Should be able to get into any other team like Villa or Fulham though.
Tiresias
He is played out of position when he plays, he's not a wide player and he was too often deployed wide for us too. I would agree he maybe isn't as good as their first choice lineup

Guest
Thanks for that. I’ve recorded the documentary that was on BBC Scotland last night (This Is Our Story) which should be a decent watch.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
This is shit, IMO. It's a competition originally set up for lower-league teams, a large chunk of who are probably facing economic uncertainty right now. https://twitter.com/PapaJohnsTrophy/status/1326250997312843778?s=20 EDIT: They've deleted it, weird. Disco
Aye, it’s all got a bit cheesy. Big teams just dipping in and out, it’s not on.

Guest neesy111
How are the national League still playing tonight? It's non-league, doesn't conflict with internationals.
AyeDubbleYoo
Fairly unlikely anyone’s going to get called up. Although you do get the odd international for a small nation... Bromley have had Montserrat and Lebanon internationals.

Guest neesy111
It's below national league level that it's suspended, also FA cup is allowed which still has some non-league games.
