In his current state he should be nowhere near the pitch. Doesn`t have any positive involvements at all it seems like.

Him, Almiron and Longstaff being useless, Barnes and Wilson being injury prones has made what looked like a decent squad in theory look absolutely horrible now.

God forbid Gordon or Isak gets an injury.

Did you think he came on and wasn't trying his best, like?

Maybe he did, but I dont think he did enough to get involved in the game. He didnt invite to make runs or show interest in the ball. A really poor performance from him. Saw very little enthusiasm from a player supposed to fighting for his place in the team.

And its not only this game. Its been like this for several games. If he wants into the team he got to show a lot more commitment.

I'm a huge fan and I'd definitely wait to get more evidence than we've had since he's come back from injury. No denying that he's been off it though.

Head's gone.

Been hoping the fact Howe has persevered with him as the primary sub is a sign of hope for his future, but it might just say more about Longstaff...

I would have brought Miley on instead of him, what we needed was control of the game.

yeah, Miley is a lot more physical too.

I get why it happens but hate how fast people forget after a bad performance like that. Before people jump on this comment I understand he’s been off the boil for a bit. We’re not talking about a total shit player here though, think the assist for Isak and some of the goals he’s scored for us.

He just needs some game time and to find his way again and he’ll still be a decent player for us.

At this point we know Longstaff and Willock's limitations so yeah I'd rather see Miley be the first option off the bench.

I think Willock can offer more than he's showing, but 9 times out of 10 he's going to give you a frustrating performance when he comes on as a sub. When he starts he tends to grow into games in the second half, very rarely hits the ground running in a game.

Per his insta story, looks like he’s received some racial abuse today.

No place for it. Hope the club are able to assist him in any way he needs.
