For those not up to speed with Dutch football they are basically the Millwall of the Netherlands. Their Ultras became so sick of him one day they interrupted one of his training sessions, armed with Tactics boards and flip charts, and forced him and his players to sit through a briefing to show where they thought they were going wrong.
