Obviously something was, but don't see how this is going to get PIF back, and isn't just a tactic for Ashley to get a bit of money out of the PL. Even if he's right and wins, he gets compensation....probably top 6 funded, but it doesn't bring the actual investors back, just shows the PL being questionable in behavior.
