I loved how deep and far apart the CBs played when we were in possession. Something I hadn’t seen us do before, but it really opens it all up and like you said reduces the midfield being immobile. It made it so Schar could play those two passes for the first two goals. 
 

Eddie got it right.

tactically really good today and was spot on with his substitutions.

 

really saw the benefits of having legs in the midfield. think it was around 20 min mark when we were chasing back and Bruno had a head start on little Joe who managed to ease past Bruno and make a tackle on our left.[emoji38]
