Shows how important recruitment is. In our position we have to get it right every single time. One bad window is all it takes for the wheels to come off.

I remember Amanda Stavley saying ‘we can’t afford to buy duds’.

Our recruitment has steadily been getting worse as Howe's influence grew.

Hard to disagree with that. Now is Ross Wilson a stooge or does he have the clout to make a tough decision at some point?

I think he needs to seriously reassess some things.

- training methods, we need to be much better in possession

- his favoured first XI has obvious weaknesses

- transfer policy, overall our summer business has been an expensive fail

Away form is shocking, home form whilst better we still don’t play well. Summer window looks worse every week. Not sure where we go from here tbh.

Its poor all over, but the Burn situation is something he created all by himself and was easy to sort out.

We’ve been shite at home but just less shite. Played well against Liverpool with ten men and that’s it in the league

We’re now 14th after round 11. Fans of all  top 6 teams from last season would start doubting their manager now.

One can only hope there will be no knee-jerk reactions from the owners. Eddie deserves to be in charge throughout the season after what he has achieved.

We gave Howe what he wanted and he brought in Elanga.

Last year he brought in Kelly.

He’s wanted to give Ritchie and Wilson contracts just because they are good for having around the training ground when we couldn’t afford to give one of the best forwards in Europe a bigger contract to stay with us.

If we have him involved in the stadium decision then we’ll be getting Bournemouths stadium moved up here brick by fucking brick.

That probably doesn't matter because he doesn't seem very good.

It’s the same flavour of performance week in week out in the league.

I don’t know what the answer is but we’re drifting listlessly here.

He’s stuck - playing the same isn’t helping

plus he’s too loyal to players who are underperforming

Not good enough simple as,

Brings pope off when pope is good at stopping penalties,

Brings Barnes off when he's our most dangerous player,

Leaves burn on even having been lucky to not have given away a penalty only a few moments earlier to then give another and a sending off.

Some of you lot need to fuck off.

Do we?

He’s always had liabilities and go away with it, we have discussed them for years.

Those same liabilities are coming home to roost now and he’s not changing or adapting.

He’s been here 4 years, we had a good run but that length of time at 1 club is rare these days.

Eddie is like all the posters on here who has had a problem with anyone questioning our play, not just this season but end of last.

Just hoping it will turn around without any evidence or real changes.

I said this before, but these streaks Eddie normally has, a bit like Pardew, is not sustainable in the long run. Especially not if you want to be at the top.

Combine that with our total lack of creative quality from midfield and wide areas, I can see how slowly this dissatifaction will grown. UNLESS Eddie starts waking up and does something different.

We didn't play amazing last year when we turned our form around, Isak was just lethal game after game, which then built up our confidence to be able to win the cup. What happened after that we all know, and nothing has changed...

Our CL form is definitely covered the cracks, as we have no beaten any team that would be anywhere near top of the PL.
