AyeDubbleYoo
Xhaka's a good player like, tends to get blamed for Arsenal being soft as shite.
Guest neesy111
He's very error prone, that's why he gets blamed.
KaKa
Yup, he makes tons of mistakes and really doesn't stand out in any one area. Arsenal should be playing a midfield 3 of Torreira, Guendouzi and Ceballos. Xhaka shouldn't be featuring at all. They miss Torreira's commitment and character desperately. No one else int hat whole squad matches his effort and drive. On top of that he actually has quality as he uses the ball well and pops up with key goals too. This Xhaka fall out could be a blessing for them. Chance to just shunt him out of the team once and for all.
Guest
A club whose matchgoing fans have low expectations, his mate already here, less pressure, could work out. Only thing that might go against him is not being Longstaff enough.
Guest
Also, we play nowt like Arsenal funnily enough. His job here would be protect the back three and keep it simple like we’ve done the last 11 months. He’s a good passer and has a good free-kick. As long as we play with the ball playing centre-backs surely he’d be more than good enough for us?
Happinesstan
Protect the back 7 more like.
Guest
Personally think he’d be a good signing but would be way out of Mike’s wage structure. He’d end up at someone like Inter or Roma.
joeyt
The lack of mobility if Xhaka and Shelvey played together would be fun to watch

Conjo
Easily better than anything we currently have in central midfield. No brainer if there's a possibility of getting him.
Happinesstan
Easily better than anything we currently have in central midfield. No brainer if there's a possibility of getting him. That's probably true, but is he not weaker in the areas that we need improvement.
AyeDubbleYoo
He's a very good player TBH, gets the scapegoat treatment for Arsenal being so spineless.
Dr.Spaceman
A loan deal with an option to buy would be a no brainer.

TRon
We could only bring him here if Arsenal agreed to pay some of his wages. Think there'll probably be some more ambitious club who will offer him a better deal.
Guest Howaythetoon
He's a very good player TBH, gets the scapegoat treatment for Arsenal being so spineless. Personally think he’s another Alan Smith who isn’t afraid to shoot, but never fucking scores. Awful footballer!

KaKa
Can anyone please explain what he is good at? Don't think he's very good at all.
Guest Howaythetoon
'Awful' Aye, what’s he good at? Can’t pass, tackle, likes to shoot, but doesn’t score, fouls a lot, mentally weak and slow/one paced. Granit Colback.
ponsaelius
He would clearly be our best midfielder.

mrmojorisin75
yeah i'm not sure about xhaka at all, he's spent x number of years at arsenal under good management with good players in teams that control play, he'd be another shelvey without the passing range imo
joeyt
I don't rate Xhaka that highly but comparing him to Alan Smith ffs
