TRon
We don't need new signings. Big Mike spent a boatload on strikers in the last 12 months, and now he has a highly rated manager to whip them into shape. Let the goals flow and the fans enjoy the fruits of the owner's 15 year plan.
St1pe
Got a proper thing for how good Giroud is and how he’s under appreciated so this is never going to happen because I’d be far too pleased.
Gallowgate End
33 year old Grioud Rafa must laugh what next they give a 6 year contract to a 30 year old ohh wait they’ve already done that.
samptime29
Would be aroused by Giroud.
LV
I’d be happy with Giroud too. But yeah, can’t see it happening unless on loan.
samptime29
A proper club would be getting Giroud and Bowen sorted asap. Get some reinforcements in Midfield. But we're not a proper club.
Yorkie
Always liked Giroud so naturally would be gutted if we signed him. Would have loved to have picked him up as a foil for Rondon.
TRon
Not a chance, but aye I really like giroud He's the exact opposite of our buying policy. Too old, and a proven Premier goalscorer.
sh74
Giroud and Shar in the same team.

Gallowgate End
Giroud under Rafa would have been In the team with the lowest crosses in the Premier League not so much.
Guest
Giroud under Rafa would have been In the team with the lowest crosses in the Premier League not so much. You could argue though that if we had someone in those positions, we’d put more crosses in?
Joe_F
Giroud lmao. Aye ok Luke.
Kanj
Giroud, Bowen or Piatek, Bowen Out: Bruce, Ashley and co.
St1pe
Giroud lmao. Aye ok Luke. Needs games for the Euros so I imagine he’ll go to any major league team for game time. Maybe even not a side you’d expect. He will also almost certainly have better offers.
Ketsbaia
Giroud and Carroll? May as well get Crouch in there too and form a row of street lamps.
Big Geordie
Giroud? :: Piatek? :: As if, FFS.
morla84
Wonder if spurs will go in for Giroud with Kane being out injured?
Guest neesy111
Wonder if spurs will go in for Giroud with Kane being out injured? Can't see Chelsea loaning to a rival.
Guest
Must be hard for Spurs to sign a striker. You saw with Janssen how hard it is to find the balance between someone prepared to play second fiddle but also good enough to start. Probably going to be permanently signing a 30+ year old striker winding down like Llorente. Giroud would have probably fit the bill but like neesy says, doubtful Chelsea would let him go. Daniel Sturridge potentially?
toontownman
Matters not who we get. Which ever striker we do get guarentee he will be injured or shit and in reverse the one villa gets will score a hatful lol
tinoasprilla
More likely that we sign Victor Anichebe
DJ_NUFC
Where’s Brucey’s hero El-Mohammady these days? I think he’s moved with him everywhere he’s gone, can’t wait to see him lace up for us.

Villa isnt it? Yeah I’ve been thinking this too. Wouldn’t surprise me.
Toon No9
Rather sign Batshuayi than Giroud. He's at a good age(26) and would score goals if he played continually. He's never been given a proper chance at Chelsea. Strong with good feet and I think he would fit in perfectly with ASM and Almiron.
