Pretty much the same issues: not having anyone that can run at a defence from the front and every team, even the bad ones, passing around us with ease. That said, the goal was a fluke and should have been put over the bar / saved.

Agree and that is down to the manager with her signings/tactics. As for the goal, well she has another three keepers to choose from, another fuck up

Not happen unfortunately but I would be sacking that manager, no chance of promotion with her in charge. Totally out of her depth

The players have to take some responsibility as well. Everything is sideways, they get the ball and they don’t know where it’s going, they often run into danger as well instead of passing it. There was plenty of gaps in Sheffield United, but no one got into those gaps, and no one would pass to a free player.

Starting to agree with this take. I desperately want Langley to succeed but with the squad we have we absolutely should be turning over Sheffield United at home. I suspect it won’t happen just yet but can’t see her lasting the season the way we’ve played in the opening two - and obviously Forest and Sheffield United are two of the poorer teams in the league, so it could well get worse from here.

It's up to the manager to change the game at half time or through substitutions. This match was a total repeat of last season. If you want to be at the top, then you need to have the coaching/players in place to ensure this happens (especially this season). I'm not seeing this in either.

Noticed today there was quite a lot of backroom staff knocking about too, some of them had to stand as not enough room in the dugout for them all.

Would love to know what they actually do, as others have pointed out, there seems to be no clear direction, no ability to change, and generally no energy or motivation.

We haven't been in this position under the new ownership yet. Interested to see how ruthless they will be in this regard. I feel like they will want to continue to back Becky but for how long when there is so much on the line. 

 

The next manager has to be a big appointment too. 

 

How long is Nobbs out for? She will be a big addition.

Fair enough ... but they didn't deny us space. As said above,, there was plenty of space. We just didn't pass into it, as every team we face seems to be able to do (make simple passes to a player in space to quickly move the ball upfield).

Well at least she is honest enough to actually say what was totally obvious. However, it was an exact repeat of a lot of games last season. I looked at that team even before the game started and thought that team is not going up. Her tactics, overall signings the last two seasons and the fact we unbelievably have four keepers in the squad, just makes me believe in my opinion that she is not at this level. Love nothing more for her to prove me wrong, just can't see it.

Talking about the keepers, it's time Moan was dropped as she it a total liability and the amount of errors she makes is quite alarming.
