He'd obviously be popular if he does well but he's practically hero-worshipped here. He's one of the best in the world where he is, still playing at the highest level, and his family seem settled and happy. I know City for instance could give him another £100k a week or however much but I'm leaning more into thinking he'll stay, unless we feel we have to sell due to FFP to sign 2-3 other top players. I've had jobs where I've been paid more and been miserable, I'd 100% sacrifice money over happiness all day long. Bruno is clearly on top of the world here but who knows how he sees it, only him I guess. I don't think he'd be anyway as close to as happy as he is here, but to some that's not everything. Another PL club yes, Villa no, he does actually seem to like it here. That might not be enough to keep him from Man City, but I see no reason why he'd be making a big change for a club like Villa.
