Heron Posted Sunday at 11:04 Share Posted Sunday at 11:04 Nor should he. Absolute irrelevance for a club competing at the top end of the Premier League.
mush Posted Sunday at 12:08 Share Posted Sunday at 12:08 One thing that doesn't get mentioned enough is him durability. Isn't it something mental where he's only missed one game through injury in two seasons? Considering how many minutes he's played and the intensity in which we play and press, that's very impressive. 'The best ability is availability' as they say
alexf Posted Sunday at 12:42 Share Posted Sunday at 12:42 Don't like him saying he is tired though with two big games still to play. I mean he's been playing like he's tired but I don't want the the opposition to know that or for him to mentally believe it

Odegaard and Rice (Apart from the wonder goal, of course ) were anonymous for a lot of that game. Bruno seemed to regularly getting the better of their midfield when given the chance. Partey played well, TBF. The absolute toucher* *Allegedly.
joeyt Posted Sunday at 18:18 Share Posted Sunday at 18:18 Thought he was really really good Not many teams can only play 2 centre mids at the emirates and play as well as that

jackflap Posted Sunday at 18:26 Share Posted Sunday at 18:26 Would love to see them sign somebody proficient in the no.10 role and have the option of trying Bruno and Tonali as a double pivot. Think Isak could play there if they'd another option up front.
Dr Venkman Posted Sunday at 18:53 Share Posted Sunday at 18:53 Yeah he was mint. Interesting comment in that interview BTW ‘played in a position where I shouldn’t play’. Does he mean where he’s playing now e.g. he should be central? We were fucking shit when he was playing there.

Interesting that he thinks one of the reasons he’s captain is because of how ambitious he is to win things when speaking to staff and players. His value goes way beyond a fantasy number some think will allow us to buy someone else. He’s an elite player, he’s a winner, and he wants to play for us for ages Edited Sunday at 20:12 by Dr Venkman

alexf Posted Sunday at 23:34 Share Posted Sunday at 23:34 Wish he'd buried that chance first half. Was an easier chance than the Rice one for them, but he does seem to have an odd ball striking technique and on this occasion it was abit of a tame effort that needed more power and direction. Also thought he delayed too long to pass to Barnes when Osula flicked the reverse pass to him. But yeah overall can't fault the effort he was winning tackles and trying to make things happen for us. Have confidence he won't let us throw away a strong season finish with only one game to go. He'll be leading by example next week and trying to get us over the line.
