You'd thinking living within your means would be the last thing they'd want as they're on a par with Norwich and West Brom for that but as long as it holds the Mags back, that's the most important thing. It's silly really. Them living within their means would see them be a yo yo club at best. All they will be able to do is chase survival in the tip flight, which was all thry were doing when thry could spend beyond their means, which overall means their best days are firmly behind them.
