Trying to force an anthem like everything else. Like an end, nickname or regional iconography its an organic thing. They just dont have any of.

 

Ourselves, Liverpool, Man United, Arsenal, BIrmingham, Norwich, Coventry, Portsmouth, Leeds, Southampton, Man City, West Ham off the top of my head have famous long standing songs commonly associated to the clubs by media and other fans that have been perennially sung at most games for generations. Even we didn't know that's their tune.

I remember when they had a 360 degree photo of the ground at a set moment in the game and it just so happened to be when the opposition scored.

Can remember Swansea fans singing it at SJP back in the 90’s from the Milburn Paddock.

 

Sang it much more in tune than the these daft cunts as well.

Edit just read that thread on groomers and it’s page 7 before anyone acknowledges one of the most famous, original and local songs linked with a British football club, funny that.

I’d never realised it in all honesty - never heard them sing it before.  They’re a weird bunch
