In all honesty this should be a good thing for them, as it's a chance to bring in a proper up and coming manager in the mould of Potter (before he joined Swansea), which is the best a club like them can do to move up the footballing pyramid.

 

It just doesn't seem like they have the people to identify and court that kind of manager.  They'll end up with some proven-to-be average established name and will finish lower mid-table.
