Wallsendmag
I see these small time jokers are having to do a kids for a quid offer for tomorrow. Right in the thick of the promotion race and having to resort to this to pull a crowd in is highly embarrassing tbh.

Whilst in some ways it’s commendable (and sensible) to try and get youngsters to attend games, anyone that’s attended pre-season games or early round cup games (before the cup scheme…) will know that it does nothing for the atmosphere. Well, it kinda does create ‘noise’ but not necessarily a particularly intimidating one. Still, probably better than empty seats…

Still, probably better than empty seats… Aye the point was more that they're having their best season in years, are coming to the business end of it amd are having to resort to this to pull a crowd in. Piss poor really. Whilst it's commendable that kids can get in for a pound, they aren't doing it out of the goodness of their hearts. They are doing it cos the place looks empty every week. If they thought they could sell the kids tickets for the full £10 price, that's what they'd do.

One way of getting the younger generation to grow up Sunderland supporters. Plus a quid is better than fuck all.

For a club that is never shy in crowing about how good their support is, it's piss poor that they're having to do this to pull in a crowd given how well they're doing. Aye it's desperate stuff in reality, but when life gives you lemons make lemonade instead of trying to eat lemons and end up being sourfaced cunts basically. Geogaddi
They literally never learn , they are worse than this Leicester team that pissed the championship last season . Taken from the Leicester V Brentford match thread. 1-0 Bees Wissa So far, if this is Premier League, we would be OK.

Stifler
I even think Leeds will go back down next season. No one there seems to be good enough really, and I think Farke is over rated and gets found out in the Premier League. Unlike whoever else comes up, I think commercially they will have the best chance though. Looking at both teams the other night, they will get bounced by Premier League teams, the pace alone will be too much for them.

I dont think the promoted teams in the past few years have let the players that got them up try the Premier league, nee point spending £100million on a new first
Benwell Lad
Watching Burnley and thinking I'd love it, love it, if a good old fashioned northern club playing in a traditional stadium with a great atmosphere, got promotion rather than the self proclaimed "hugest club in the league" (everyone's cup final) who play in a half empty, no atmosphere identikit stadium.
