PSC09 is the Withdrawal of Person with Significant Control Statement. PSC02 is the Notice of Relevent Legal Entity Person with Significant Control. The PSC02 says that the relevant legal entity holds directly or indirectly 75% or more of the shares in the company. I wonder if this could be Carr leaving and that new guy coming in tbh.
