Fella I know travelled up from Brum to take his bairn to see Liverpool play at home last night. Think it was the bairns first trip to Anfield. The family has no connection to Liverpool.

Bairn made him take a detour via the Man City club shop for a full kit on the the way home.

RAWK is an awful forum, they're complete weirdos. I remember discussions not long after this forum launched about modelling it on how RAWK was ran, glad we ultimately went in basically the exact opposite direction.

Why wouldn’t he be interested?

Just don't see him uprooting himself to go there, especially after what happened with Isak. He would not want to be tarnished in the same vein as The Rat.

It'd be naive to think Howe wouldn't be interested, but at the same time I'm not remotely worried about it.

He's very selective about his projects and after the power struggle with Mitchell, he seems content enough with his role within the club structure and is still finding the challenge of establishing us stimulating. He's also settled and has mentioned the reluctance to cause upheaval to his family on multiple occasions. He'll leave one day, but I think he'll be here for a while yet.

On a side note, while the club is bigger than one man, I do worry about my interest when he does eventually cause call it a day.

Almost worth it to see Ballsak instantly ostracized.

My worry would be is that Eddie is apparently close mates with Richard Hughes, plus the fact that he has had no support from above and has been running the club alone since Staveley left, having said that I do think he has a lot more about him than walking out on us for another club in this league.

Agree with this massively, football is totally fucked now and its only going to get worse. The only games I watch these days are the ones that involve us and that's down to Eddie. He is the glue holding the whole club together and if he left I would probably just sack it all off completely.

Unlike under Ashley his replacement likely won’t be some waster

Ha ha ha! That forum is mental!

Is that ‘black and white Paul’ still rimming their arses and slating our ownership?

Glad I got barred for sticking up for us!

Take note "is it not allowed to have an opinion on here?"-while stating an opinion-crowd of N-O.

Seem to remember RAWK doing the same under Rodgers and Dalglish v2 too. It's too embarrasing for them to portray outwards anything but a loyal and united fan base. Guys, its not working.

Their next three games are massive. I don't really want Villa to take three points off of them so a dull draw will do and then I hope they get absolutely torn apart by Madrid and City. They will be in full blown crisis if that happens.

From a Liverpool forum theorizing about potential candidates if Slot has to go:

Glasner - "not Liverpool calibre"

Emery - "wouldn't leave Villa" (not so sure about that -- wouldn't hate it as feel like it could end in tears on both sides)

Alonso - "maybe he'll be sick of Madrid" [emoji38]

Enrique - "has to be the first call to see if he's tired of winning everything in Paris" [emoji38][emoji38]

Glasner, not being Liverpool's calibre despite beating them 3 times in 9 weeks. Interesting.
