Luckily Wilson is due back next game, playing once a week we might just about get away with him and Gordon up top until Isak is fit again?

Fa cup is midweek though

We can't have £65m tied up in an injury prone player, no matter how good. If arsenal want him for £70-80m in the summer and we can get £15m for wilson then we buy 2 new strikers.

Or build a squad so we can rotate and don’t have to play him every game ?

Hope he just felt something and Howe didn't want to risk anyting and decided to take him of.🤞

Didn't seem too bad when he walked off the pitch.

Maybe clutching here...

EDDIE DOESN'T ROTATE!

Episode 9 Joey GIF by Friends

Did quite frequently between Wilson and Isak last season and beginning of this one. Obviously that luxury has since been taken away.

He started brightly and then seemed passive as fuck and seemed to be shifted out left for a good chunk of the half. Might have been tactical, mind.

Fingers crossed. But he’ll only come back and be playing without being able to fully sprint again if it is short term.

We play a very intense press and not everyone is built for that. Think we’ll be fine with a Wilson replacement plus a young upcoming striker to rotate with.

God people are retarded, I think they both may be injury prone but the lack of a 3rd striker to see out games means they play all game every game.  Isak is fucking class, he just needs a bit of a break, they all do so they can get fit.  We play at such high intensity when well that injuries will be more common and we don't have the squad for it yet.

He’s so good and we spent so much on him. I feel like you’d want him starting as many games as possible. Sort of player you build a team round. But not as it stands when he’s always crocked.

I wonder how long it takes for him to properly heal if it's that same injury. So he was back more than 1 month ago? He has played 3 games between 1st of january and today. I'm no expert, it might just be what happens when you never get a long enough break.
