Didn't notice that Brighton confirmed European football earlier, and basically confirmed Europa League football, really please for them, they're such a likeable club :aww:

It was fortunate for us that they had this southampton game next.

Aye, chuffed for them. Spoke to a couple of their fans on Thursday and they were sound as you like. Great job by all involved at the club. They’ll probably do well as well (at the expense of their league form).

Yeah, they play Villa on the final day as well, so I wonder if they get a result in midweek, if they would go into the final day not being concerned about the result, which allow Villa in ahead of Spurs for the last European place.

Big plus for City this season is Alvarez. He is a class 2nd striker to have.

He is wasted at City - he's number 1 at any other club.

Pound for pound it has to be the worst season in PL history like.

Eh? It’s been class! Watching the ‘Sky 6’ get caught by the likes of us, Brighton,Villa has been mint. Arsenal even capitulated when it looked like they’d challenge for the title.

Why I have loved it:

  1. Us in the top 4, Cup Final
  2. Chelsea, Spurs = turboshit by their standards
  3. Villa, Brentford, Brighton, Fulham in top half
  4. All promoted clubs survived
  5. Southampton, Leeds, Leicester, Everton relegation threatened or down.

So much better than the usual cunts up top and down below!

I presumed he meant Chelsea's performance this season?

Yeah, bar the likely damp squib of the final day's matches, the rest of the season has been brilliant. Made triply more enjoyable by ourselves being mint and the scruffs down the road getting to the playoff then losing to Luton. Makes me wonder too how we'd have done if the World Cup hadn't curtailed our momentum when it did.

Edit: Ah you meant Chelsea. Yeah it was terrible for them lol. Fuck 'em.
