Let's say for example that as well as Chelsea today, that Liverpool were due to play Villa, Forest and City in the next three games. You'd think it's entirely fine for them to field a weakened team for all those games just because they've won the league?

Its not right, but its always happened and nowt can be done about it to force teams to be competitive throughout.

Actually they used to do that in Italy. Favour a team with nothing to play for with a loan player or sale or something to keep them honest.

It's an away point, if anything it's a bonus. We play Chelsea next week. Forest are in terrible form. As long as we're winning the games we're expected to win, nothing has changed.

It's hardly a fully weakened team for Liverpool, the only real player i would say is Endo, and he was good for them last season, and Quansah who again played a lot last season..

Liverpool aren't playing poorly. But Chelsea look more likely to score.
