100%. If you give it in the first place, it probably has to remain a pen. The reaction with him throwing himself unnaturally into the air made it look like a complete con job. He was tugged and impeded, just a daft exaggeration. Long history of cheating and faking shit that lad.

I think it’s a clear example of when you should stick with on the on field call. I don’t think it’s a clear error from the referee and what they have done there is effectively re litigated a completely subjective call.
