Put $92 on PSG to win today. Returns 163. Didn’t realize they’ve had as many shocking results than they’ve had. Please don’t let me down today. Lost their last two home games. They’re due a win at some point.

3-0 up and against 10 men. Easy money

It's a winner.

I'm glad we said we would go halfers.

You understand the 18,000 and fewer you were regularly scattering around SJP in the 1980s though?

Amazing how Southampton lose more or less every week but are still only 4 points from survival.

Same as Spurs, somehow lose or draw all the time and yet still in with a chance of top 4

Not a fan of attendance talk but Newcastle in the 80s wasn't exactly literally the best team in the world.

And that's before you even scratch the surface of the socio economic differences between Newcastle in the 80's and Manchester in the present [emoji38]

A heavy defeat does kind of knock the stuffing a bit, especially in terms of watching the full build up from 1pm, but 'Super Sunday' does look really good today with West Ham vs Arsenal, and Forest vs Man Utd. If the venues were switched then they'd look like routine home wins, but as it is, both are very intriguing. Forest haven't won for ages and do look likely to drop, especially now that Bournemouth have hit form, but we are the only team to have beaten them at the City Ground in 11 PL matches, and while we were well on top and thoroughly deserved the win, it did take an injury time stupid mistake to decide it. Man Utd's injuries does help from a neutral perspective as well (not that we are neutrals).

We weren't winning titles, in the later stages of major European competitions, and playing world class football at the time tbf.
