Looks to me like Frimpong treads on his foot, which is what causes his [Frimpong's] ankle to turn. Also contact doesn't equal foul, football's not a no contact game.

Nah, Hincapie kicks the side of his foot and causes him to twist it. Football isn't a non-contact sport, but for me, if you've put your foot in, caught the player and not got the ball, and that's brought the player down with no diving involved at all, it's a foul.
