No idea how it's measured. To me, Joelinton's goal at West Ham we got the right decision after review, but for the most part, feels like we've been fucked multiple times by it. Those are televised games between top 6 sides. I think Ray Parlour was slamming that, and everyone else was defending it. It’s fucking laughable.
