Don't understand how other decisions are only overturned if there's a 'clear and obvious mistake', but a guy in a room drawing lines where you can't be certain which frame the ball left the foot is an exact science where you can be ruled offside by a few inches.

It sucks, but if it is offside it is offside. I'd want them to be absolutely sure if that is a team scoring a potentially illegitimate goal against us in a semi final.

Edit: Haven't seen the situation in detail myself, so above is a general statement rather than saying a potentially wrong call is right.

Think of it counted that would have been the greatest fa cup moment ever.

Exactly, and we are robbed of that by VAR.  Every time Man U played a lower league team that goal would have been replayed

Looked like his hand played him on to me Clive.

was convinced they’d score from that corner as well

Your hand can't play someone on

Like every borderline call, it's "off tbf." But it's not an infringement in any true sense.

No way Coventry win this now, like. Imagine trying to compose yourself after that; they've never even experienced VAR.

Whole system they use is fucking daft. If you're level but have bigger feet, sorry you're off. The wegner rule where if any part of you is level you're on is much better. The stupid you're 2cm ahead needs to go.

Robbed football of a magical moment, not just Cov. If it can't exist in some games in the competition, then it shouldn't be available for the entirety.

1) VAR is sucking any kind of immediate emotion out the game.
2) The offside rule is utterly shite.

 And 2) is as a result of VAR

Quite agree. But they've got to put the lines down and one is going to be in front of the other and unfortunately it went against the Cov today. Think that'll bladder them

Hate offside calls like that, there wasn't even a gap between the lines and he was strolling forward with the ball, like what kind of advantage did he get from that?
