CL final in NY, you say.....

I love NY and it will always be my 2nd home but the fact that that kip in the swamp is getting a World Cup final is a travesty. No more high profile games there please

Honestly, can't they just fuck right off with this shite?  It's the European Cup Final ffs.

Don't CONCACAF have a continental cup of their own?  Just fuck the fuck off.

New York wouldn’t be that much worse than Istanbul, sure it’s been in Moscow and Kiev previously too although obviously won’t be again anytime soon.

Other than the whole Moscow, Kiev and (part of) Istanbul being in Europe you mean - and them being a couple of hours away by plane from western Europe rather than nearly half a day away?

Of all the competitions to have a fixture or two in America it might as well be that one. There's very little that's sacred about the Champions League and it's not grounded in any one location, unless you count 'Europe' as one location. I'm sure the fans of Real Madrid could stomach having to give one final a miss.

Any domestic competition and it's another story imo.

Europe is a location, and it is the European Cup - it should be played in Europe.

Checked up the first 2 Seasons of the Football League, they finished bottom both seasons with respective GD of -25 & -42. Never stood a chance really, poor sods.

Do you know what their current all time GD is? Have they got a chance of recovering?

And there is exactly what they wanted with the ESL. A league by them, for them.
