ilikenewcastle
That point today could turn out to be huge but honestly can't call how it will all go. Whatever happens, I'm praying we don't have Europe stolen off us by Man U fluking the cup final.
Ginola14
I think it's likely we draw both games which should at least be enough for 7th Edited May 11 by Ginola14
Gallowgate Toon
Chelsea have a very difficult fixture in Brighton away, like. Also, Brighton fans at work hate Chelsea for being pilfering cunts. I think they'll be well up for it.

Brighton could get something against Chelsea based on what we saw today. Fucking hell you've changed your tune, you were saying we had no chance against Spurs a few weeks ago! Chelsea's last two games are easier than our last two.

Decky
We're playing probably the worst Man Utd team in decades and Chelsea have a tough trip to Brighton. There's still enough there to remain positive about. If Chelsea win and we don't though its probably done.

I'll be kicking every ball for Arsenal tomorrow because the thought of 8th is just unthinkable right now.
The Prophet
Still a lot of football to play. All teams involved are so inconsistent it was always going to be close.

Heron
I mean apart from the obvious of us potentially not being in Europe, I'd fucking hate that some of the self-nominated super 6 get back into Europe like. Edging out Chelsea and Man United would be great for the league. Entitled twats. The lot of them. Edited May 11 by Heron

sushimonster85
Mathematically it's in our hands. Realistically it's in Brightons hands. Their final 2 games of the season are both at home v Chelsea then Man U. I can't see them losing both.

They're fucking clinging on like the bad smells they are m. Fucking sick of them
Heron
Fancy Chelsea to beat Bournemouth at home. Wouldn't put it past Brighton getting at least 4 points from the next two potentially like. Edited May 11 by Heron
clintdempsey
Chelsea only have one loss in the last 13 though. They’ve clearly turned a corner (albeit a bit jammy at times). They’re racing towards the finish line unlike Man Utd.
The College Dropout
I thought Chelsea could drop points here. The thing about Chelsea is they are in good form. They’ve found some consistency.
The Prophet
Us and Chelsea are in relatively similar form over the last 10-15 games. Not much in it.
Karjala
Think our best chance now is to pip manure (draw at OT) and watch citeh destroy them in the cup final. Winning both isn't impossible though.

Heron
Devils advocate here, but not being in Europe might just improve our chances of winning a domestic trophy next year like.
Stifler
I’m struggling to see us do it now, I think that’s it. Ok it’s in our hands, if we win our next 2 games we’ll finish above Man Utd, and quite possible ahead of Chelsea unless they can claw out 2 big wins. However Man Utd have always been able to beat us when it matters, ok we have had them a few times, and yes this is possibly the worst Man Utd team since before Ferguson arrived there, but you just know they’ll either pull it out of the bag against us, possibly with the help of the officials. The worry is even if we hold them off, we’ll finish 7th and Man Utd will still fuck us over by winning the FA Cup. There isn’t much left in us now, today we were off it. There was no pressing, there was no urgency, some players still can’t do 3 games in a week. In these 3 games I always saw us slipping up, the hope was that we have given ourselves enough to slip up somewhere, but win elsewhere. It’s a much harder prospect to have done your slip up in the first game.

True, but you come up against the likes of City at some stage and when we do it could all be over. I think we could have a genuine crack at the Europa League and I think we'd be unstoppable in the Conference League. If we get the ECL I think we'll be favourites for it.
